  • Boiled chickpeas
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil Infused with Garlic
  • Cumin Seeds
  • Tahini (a paste made from sesame seeds)
  • Lemon juice
  • Season with salt to taste
  • Roasted paprika
  • Beetroot
  • Garlic

Delicious Hummus Recipe

  • After boiling the chickpeas, save the cooking water for later use.
  • Ascertain that the chickpeas are completely peeled.
  • All ingredients except the olive oil should be added to the pan.
  • Increase the amount of Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil in increments until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved that is not too fluid.
  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and create a divot or well in the hummus with a swirling motion.
  • Fill the divot with a large amount of Garlic Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil.

Serve garnished with crushed red pepper flakes or sumac.
