The region’s mild climate, suitable altitude of 400 meters, and calcareous terrain are ideal for olive growing. As a result, there is just one olive variety cultivated, and it produces the world’s most famous olive oil. Extra virgin olive oil from the estate has very low acidity (up to 0.3) a fruity and light flavor. It complements the delicacies of our traditional Mediterranean cuisine.
Following our forefathers’ farming practices, we combined them with current technology to create the most efficient production processes while maintaining our high-quality standards. As a result, our Extra Virgin Organic olive oil was initially marketed effectively in organic food stores across Athens, Greece, and then throughout the country.
As soon as we established a small group of exclusive cooperative producers according to our own requirements and sourcing exclusively from our region, we moved into the broader market with success. We are now available in organic and conventional food stores throughout Europe and the rest of the world. We export to thirty countries throughout North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. We mainly manufacture, standardize, and trade extra virgin olive oil with low acidity.
